Brooks Energy Maintenance Service includes inspection of all of the furnace’s components, a professional cleaning, adjustment of any necessary controls, filter replacement, thermostat checked and calibrated, lubrication of moving parts, and a complete safety check to ensure safe and reliable operation for the entire season.
